What is your favorite fruit? If you ask me, i love all kinds of fruits! I grew up eating them as part of my healthy diet but of course there’s a limit when it comes to serving.
So now I wonder, how do this affect those fully raw vegetarians?
I mean I can eat half slice of a whole watermelon in one sitting and after 2 hours, I get hungry again. Half of the whole pomelo won’t satisfy my hunger, so I tend to eat heavy meal like 2 servings of pasta (for example). In addition to my confusion, what about the sugar content? I understand that they are natural sweetener found in most fruits, but with a huge amount of servings, does that have an effect on the body like taking a regular table sugar?
Can someone enlighten me?
